We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Are there any restocking fees?

How long does it take to get a refund?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@veonira.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
