Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Veonira LLC. will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Customer Remorse: For change of mind or personal preference returns, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
